The Saptashati class conducted by Acharya Shri Sarvesh Joshi from Nigamakalpataru Gurukulam has been an enriching and transformative learning experience. His profound knowledge and precision in explaining the deeper meanings of each verse, while simplifying the learning process, have made the study both accessible and inspiring. This initiative is truly commendable and greatly beneficial for disciples who are committed to progressing on their spiritual journey.
I always felt drawn towards the Sanskrit Language since its inception in my life. Learning at Nigamkalpataru Gurukulam has made me understand the different layers of meanings and also made me realize how everything–all Shastras and Vyakarana–are interconnected to each other, making the understanding and learning experience more intense, meaningful, and most importantly enjoyable.
My experience with Nigamakalpataru Gurukulam has been truly enriching. When I began the Durgasaptashati varga, I initially thought it would just involve learning how to read the verses. However, the journey turned out to be much more profound. It goes beyond just reciting Sanskrit – it involves delving into the meanings, understanding the intent behind the words, and appreciating the author’s brilliance. This has certainly brought me closer to the Sanskrit language.
Namo vah!
I am Harsh Sachin Ghumre, writing about my first ever and divine experience of learning the oldest and the purest language on earth. I was just 9 years old when I learned the basics of the Sanskrit language from my Acharya Shri Sarvesh Joshi. Though the language is vast, my Acharya helped me in understanding this pure language in the simplest form, moreover, I have done a certification for Aditya Stotram through an online medium.
This helped me in gaining knowledge about the meaning of the strotram, along with proper pronunciation. Acharya makes you feel so comfortable that you don’t bother to ask any questions or doubts, and this has increased my interest in the Sanskrit language.
I attended the Aditya stotra where I learnt not only the correct pronunciation but also the meaning of it and I really enjoyed it, as it was with other learners.
Learning Vedic chants online through Nigamakalpataru Gurukulam has been a deeply uplifting and enriching experience. Living abroad, I feel truly fortunate to connect with the Vedic tradition directly from India through this platform. Sri Sarvesh Joshi ji is an exceptional teacher, deeply knowledgeable in the Vedas and Sanskrit grammar. One of the most remarkable aspects of learning from him is his crystal-clear pronunciation and strong emphasis on correct enunciation—something that is often lacking in many other teachers. His engaging, clear, and practical teaching style brings these sacred teachings to life. Even through online classes, the traditional essence is beautifully preserved. I wholeheartedly recommend Nigam Kalpataru to anyone seeking authentic and immersive learning in Vedas, Sanskrit, and rituals.
